Shipping

Please allow 5 business days for us to ship your order. Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipping charges include delivery charges, as well as, insurance and the secure packaging of each item.

For Purchases Up to:  $25.00   =  $4.00 Total Shipping Costs

                                 $50.00   =  $5.00 Total Shipping Costs

                                 $75.00   =  $6.00 Total Shipping Costs

                                 $100.00  =  $7.00 Total Shipping Costs

                                 $150.00  =  $9.00 Total Shipping Costs

                                 $500.00  =  $16.00 Total Shipping Costs

Return Policy

We will be happy to refund your purchase price for any item that you are not completely satisfied with. The item MUST be returned to Elizabeth b. Design within 14 days of the shipping date in original unused condition (including tags).  Any returns which arrive after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.  Of course, we will always correct flawed items at our expense.
